12 March 2024 – DHL Supply Chain reinforces its commitment to fostering innovation in the Asia Pacific region by appointing Ms. Tay Yi Ning as the new Head of the Asia Pacific Innovation Center located in Singapore. Ms. Yi Ning brings nearly two decades of extensive experience in customer relationship management and developing logistics solutions to this pivotal role.

In her new capacity, Ms. Yi Ning will spearhead efforts to solidify the Center’s position as a leading hub for cutting-edge logistics solutions and champion a customer-centric approach. She will lead a dedicated team focused on building strong collaborative relationships between customers, startups, and solution providers. These strategic collaborations will drive the exploration and integration of innovative technologies that optimize and streamline logistics operations across the region.

Proven Expertise Positions Ms. Yi Ning for Continued Innovation Leadership

Ms. Yi Ning is a highly respected logistics professional with a distinguished career at DHL. She commenced her journey with the company in . 2008 as part of the technology business development team at DHL Global Forwarding. Prior to assuming her current leadership role, Ms. Yi Ning served as the Regional Customer Director for the technology sector within DHL Customer Solutions and Innovation (CSI), where she provided strategic guidance and support to key customers.
