Citibank introduces its new credit card incorporated with internet and smartphone technology

KUALA LUMPUR: Citibank Berhad has launched its new Citibank Rewards Platinum Card offering customizable rewards and benefits to lifestyle-oriented customers based on their interests and spending habits in particular segments such as shopping, driving, entertainment, travel and home. In addition, they can now redeem their points on-the-go via any digital smart phone.

Citibank expected the new launch card can attract 400,000 card members over three years. Citibank currently has 20 per cent market share of retail spend in the local cards market.
