Terry KS CelcomDigi has launched a new unified mobile app that will replace the existing Celcom Life and MyDigi apps as part of its digital platform consolidation. The transition began with prepaid services and both legacy apps will be fully retired by 1 April 2026.
MALAYSIA, 6 MARCH 2026 – CelcomDigi Berhad has begun transitioning customers to its new CelcomDigi App as the company progressively phases out the existing Celcom Life and MyDigi applications.
The transition started at 12:00am today with the migration of prepaid-related transactions. Both legacy apps will continue operating temporarily during the transition period but are scheduled to be fully retired on 1 April 2026.
The new CelcomDigi App is designed to consolidate services from both previous platforms into a single digital experience, allowing customers to manage accounts, perform transactions, and access services more efficiently.
With the unified platform, users can manage multiple services in one place, including prepaid, postpaid, fibre, and supplementary lines through a centralised account management system. The app also introduces automated reload functionality to help prepaid customers maintain uninterrupted service by ensuring their accounts remain active.
Beyond account management, the new platform integrates several digital lifestyle services. Customers can access streaming entertainment offerings such as Disney+, Prime Video and Viu, while frequent travellers can benefit from roaming pre-booking features that enable automatic connectivity upon arrival in overseas destinations.
Security has also been enhanced in the new app, with biometric login, linked-device protection and eKYC verification designed to provide stronger account protection and a safer digital experience.
In addition, the app includes an always-available customer assistance feature powered by artificial intelligence, offering 24/7 support and instant responses to common service inquiries.
CelcomDigi said the platform will continue evolving with new features and improvements aimed at delivering a more seamless and personalised digital experience for its customers.
The CelcomDigi App is currently available for download on both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
