BR1M brings free Internet to households earning less than RM3k a month
MALAYSIA: Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak yesterday announced those registered under the 1Malaysia People’s Aid (BR1M) assistance scheme and with household income less than RM3,000 a month will enjoy free Internet for the first 30 minutes of use every day, the News Strait Times reported. The campaign will be started next month.
