Malaysian fintech firm Axaipay has partnered with warehouse e-commerce platform Jomya to offer SMEs an integrated solution combining automated warehouse management with seamless digital payment capabilities. The collaboration aims to help small and medium businesses transition from traditional marketplaces to their own branded e-commerce domains with full operational control.

MALAYSIA, 29 MAY 2026 – Malaysian digital payment provider Axaipay has announced a strategic partnership with Jomya, a warehouse-focused e-commerce platform, marking a significant step toward simplifying end-to-end digital commerce for small and medium enterprises across the region.

The collaboration addresses a long-standing pain point for SMEs — the complexity of managing back-end logistics while simultaneously delivering a smooth customer-facing checkout experience. Through this integration, Jomya merchants can now activate Axaipay as their primary payment gateway, enabling them to accept credit cards, debit cards, FPX online banking, and e-wallets directly through their own branded websites.

Unlike conventional marketplace models, Jomya equips businesses with the infrastructure to operate on self-owned domains, allowing them to cultivate brand equity and build direct customer relationships over time. Its warehouse management capabilities automate inventory tracking and order fulfillment, reducing manual processes and human error for wholesale operators handling bulk and complex inventory demands.

Dr. Terry Yee, CEO and Founder of Axaipay, described the partnership as a natural extension of the company’s mission to simplify digital operations for SMEs. He noted that combining efficient warehouse management with frictionless payment technology allows merchants to redirect their energy toward brand building and business growth rather than administrative burden.

William Chung, Co-Founder of Jomya, highlighted that many SMEs face barriers when attempting to move away from third-party marketplaces due to logistical complexity. He said the integration with Axaipay effectively provides smaller businesses with enterprise-level infrastructure, giving them greater control over pricing, fulfillment, and the overall customer journey.

For merchants, the partnership delivers four core advantages: brand ownership through custom domain storefronts, wholesale-grade warehouse efficiency, a highly automated order-to-delivery pipeline, and a unified payment experience backed by Axaipay’s licensed payment infrastructure.

Axaipay is a licensed payment service provider operating across Malaysia and Australia, supporting a broad suite of payment methods including QR payments and white-label solutions for enterprise clients. Jomya specialises in bridging e-commerce storefronts with professional-grade warehouse management systems, catering specifically to SMEs and wholesalers looking to digitise their operations.
