Malaysian fintech leader Axaipay and UAE-based E3 Middle East Entrepreneur Network (E3HUBS) have signed an MoU to empower UAE startups with digital payment solutions and market access in Malaysia and Australia. The partnership aims to accelerate cross-border business growth through fintech innovation, mentorship, and ecosystem integration.
MALAYSIA, 13 OCTOBER 2025 – Axaipay, a leading Malaysian fintech company under Axai Digital Sdn. Bhd., has formalized a partnership with E3 Middle East Entrepreneur Network LLC FZ (E3HUBS) to drive the regional expansion of UAE-based entrepreneurs into Malaysia and Australia. The Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed during the Expand North Star 2025 event in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE).
The signing ceremony was witnessed by Anuar Fariz Fadzil, Chief Executive Officer of the Malaysia Digital Economy Corporation (MDEC), and attended by His Excellency Tengku Sirajuzzaman Tengku Mohamed Ariffin, Ambassador of Malaysia to the UAE, alongside Fahmy Ansara Dahalan, Chairman of the Malaysian Business Council UAE. Representing the two organizations were Dr. Terry Yee, Chief Executive Officer of Axaipay, and Suzaan Lim, Managing Partner of E3HUBS.
Under this MoU, Axaipay will serve as the Preferred Payment Partner within the E3HUBS ecosystem, delivering secure and compliant payment gateway and merchant acquiring services for businesses expanding across Malaysia and Australia. The initiative will allow UAE entrepreneurs to benefit from seamless digital payment solutions tailored to support cross-border commerce.
E3HUBS will leverage its regional network to identify and nurture high-potential startups, offering incubation, mentorship, and international market entry programs. The collaboration will focus on four main pillars: market expansion support, capacity building through joint training programs, program integration featuring Axaipay’s payment expertise, and pilot fintech innovation projects to drive regional entrepreneurship.
