HONG KONG, 3 NOVEMBER 2026 – Ant Digital Technologies has unveiled its Agent Factory, an integrated full-scenario artificial intelligence solution framework built for the agentic AI era, alongside a major upgrade to its security platform ZOLOZ featuring the introduction of Know Your Agent trust governance at Hong Kong FinTech Week 2026.
At the event, the company demonstrated the full-stack architecture of its Agent Factory, combining artificial intelligence platforms with blockchain infrastructure into a cohesive system. The Agentar platform illustrated how autonomous agents advance from design and deployment to multi-agent management, while ZOLOZ showcased identity authentication protocols designed to counter security vulnerabilities in agent interactions. LingDT provided domain-specific foundation models for complex industry tasks, with blockchain and privacy-preserving computation ensuring trusted data circulation and cross-enterprise collaboration.
Ant Digital Technologies Chief Executive Officer Wenbiao Zhao highlighted that business-to-business AI services have become a core strategic pillar for the organization. Zhao outlined three distinct phases of enterprise AI maturity: organizations adopting foundational models, agents embedding into workflows, and agents operating directly within core organizational processes. He observed that when institutions expand from managing a handful of agents to hundreds simultaneously, systematic agent production and operational oversight emerge as critical bottlenecks, which the Agent Factory is engineered to resolve.
According to industry findings by IDC, Ant Digital Technologies ranks first among non-cloud vendors and fourth overall across China in the private deployment market for agent development platforms. The organization also holds a leading 13.3 percent market share within the financial industry platform, agent application, and enterprise services sector.
Addressing the AI and DeepTech Forum, Ant Digital Technologies Chief Technology Officer Dr Ying Yan detailed the practical difficulties associated with deploying agents in active production. She highlighted three major impediments: the semantic gap, the trust deficit, and inference cost overruns. To overcome these hurdles, the company employs its Agentic AI Full Stack, incorporating DTOntology to organize unstructured institutional knowledge, DTHarness to maintain governance boundaries, and DTRouter together with LingDT to keep computing costs economically viable. All capabilities have been hardened through financial-grade testing to turn autonomous agents into reliable workplace productivity tools.
As a foundational pillar of trust, Ant Digital Technologies President of International Business Leo Li officially unveiled the ZOLOZ KYA solution. Extending conventional Know Your Customer and Know Your Business verification frameworks, KYA establishes lifecycle identity verification and trust governance for software agents. Li noted that while Agentar builds the agents, ZOLOZ certifies their operational credentials, providing the core security backbone for the wider ecosystem.
Zhuoqun Bian, President of Blockchain Business at Ant Digital Technologies, stated that as software agents begin negotiating and executing transactions on behalf of users, verifying agent credentials, setting authorization parameters, and ensuring auditability become paramount. She emphasized that combining blockchain immutability with artificial intelligence creates substantial opportunities for agentic commerce when paired with strict governance protocols.
Hong Kong FinTech Week x StartmeupHK 2026 centers on three strategic engines: financial empowerment, technological innovation, and global expansion, drawing over 45,000 attendees, 1,000 speakers, and more than 800 exhibitors. Zhao affirmed that the city remains an ideal proving ground for frontier technologies, with the company utilizing its Hong Kong overseas headquarters as a central launchpad to expand the Agent Factory framework globally.
