Oct 18, 2013 (Fri): Alibaba’s online payment firm, Alipay plans to offer its services in Taiwan in the first half of next year in a bid to expand its international user base, according to Fan Zhiming, vice president of Alipay. However, Fan said the expansion is subject to regulatory approval.
