AI+ Taipei Startup Pitch Contest Invites Global Innovators to Shape the Future of AI

The Taipei Entrepreneurs Hub invites AI startups globally to join the “AI+ Taipei Startup Pitch Contest,” offering a platform for innovators to present their ideas and collaborate with partners in Taipei, with applications open until June 28, 2024.


23 May 2024 – The Taipei Entrepreneurs Hub (TEH), under the Taipei City Department of Economic Development (DOED), is calling all AI startups worldwide to participate in the “AI+ Taipei Startup Pitch Contest.” This exciting opportunity invites AI innovators to shape the future of AI and showcase their groundbreaking ideas.

Applications for the AI+ Taipei Startup Pitch Contest are now open and will be accepted until June 28, 2024, Taipei Time (UTC+8). This is a unique chance for startups to present their innovations and join the next wave of AI advancements in Taipei.

TEH aims to bridge Taipei with international talents and entrepreneurs, focusing on AI as a critical driver of economic growth and problem-solving. The “AI+ Taipei Startup Pitch Contest” seeks to attract the brightest minds in AI, fostering collaboration and innovation in Taipei.

Esteemed venture capital firms, including Hive Ventures and SYSTEX, will serve as judges for this year’s contest. International startups are encouraged to participate and develop market expansion plans for Taiwan. Six winners will be selected to fly to Taipei for the Demo Day Week in late October, with travel and accommodation expenses fully covered by TEH.

During their stay in Taiwan, winners will engage in customized matchmaking sessions and business itineraries, offering networking and collaboration opportunities with Taipei-based companies and venture capital firms.

The AI+ Taipei Startup Pitch Contest provides a platform for global entrepreneurs to exchange ideas, learn from leading experts, and connect with future partners and investors in Taiwan.
