Nov 18, 2013 (Mon): According to the State Bank of Vietnam, the number of bank cards in circulation nationwide reached 62.93 million at the end of Q3 2013, Vietnam News reports. The number of domestic cards was increased 4.26 per cent to reach 57.23 million while international cards up 8.36 per cent to 5.7 million.
