Online billing and invoice solution SmartPay has introduced its new feature, Payment Gateway Log to allow SmartPay records all transactions that have been submitted through a company’s payment gateway.
With the new feature, the merchants able to access payment transaction details, including the payment status either approved or denied and if there is an error code what the code means. The report defaults to failed transactions over the last 30 days, but all transactions are recorded and stored in the system. Specific transactions can be located through detailed filter options that modify the transaction criteria, which helps when troubleshooting specific customer issues.
SmartPay is designed for businesses that process large quantities of invoices using a merchant processor. By automating large batches of invoices, statements and payments, SmartPay customers can save countless hours of administrative time.
