Sabah Entrepreneur Day Summit 2012 held for first time in KK
In conjunction with Texpo Asia 2012 (Technology and Entrepreneur Expo), Sabah West Coast Entrepreneur Network Association (SEA) hosted its first Sabah Entrepreneur Day Summit 2012 (SEED) today at 1Borneo Grand Ballroom, Kota Kinabalu, aiming to awaken the spirit of entrepreneurship around Sabah, to connect entrepreneurs in various sectors and to develop the culture of on-going learning and sharing.
The summit was kicked start at 11.45a.m. by Yang Berhormat Datuk Dr. Yee Moh Chai, Deputy Chief Minister and Minister of Resources Development & Information Technology, Sabah. The summit featured keynote speakers such as Darwin Tan, the founder of SEA and James Yong, a world finalist of Creative Young Entrepreneur Award CYEA 2012. Over hundreds entrepreneurs from various backgrounds were connected at this summit via networking luncheon.
SEA is a young non-profit organization, non-governmental organization formed with the purpose of awakening the spirit of entrepreneurship around Sabah and creating a platform for Sabah entrepreneurs to grow.
