Rakuten Malaysia uses LINE to promote e-commerce

Thu, Jun 6, 2013: According to a report by the news agency Bernama, Rakuten Malaysia has signed a strategic partnership with NAVER, allowing them to leverage its messenger platform LINE for easy communication with their community. Under the partnership, Rakuten Malaysia will create a LINE official account, a global marketing platform for LINE users to communicate with their favourite brands and celebrities. Rakuten Taiwan implemented the same marketing initiative before.
