Maybank Singapore has launched its mobile banking service for iPhone users to bank on the go, to cater for a shift in consumer activity to mobile devices.
“Through the new app, we aim to enrich our customer’s experience with us, underscoring our vision to humanize financial services across Asia and commitment to address customers’ evolving mobile lifestyle needs. The dynamic features in this mobile app allow us to continue to engage our customers beyond the brick and mortar functionalities of banking,” Head of IT and Virtual Banking, Maybank Singapore, Lim Kuo Siong said.
With mobile banking app, Maybank Singapore customers can now perform regular internet banking transactions such as account enquiries, bill payments and funds transfer via their mobile devices anytime, anywhere. Besides, the app also comes with searching function for the users to find Maybank latest promotion and locate its nearest branch or ATM.
The app for other mobile platforms will be available in the second quarter of 2013.
