Lenovo’s seeding programme testing E-Commerce segment
KUALA LUMPUR: Lenovo Malaysia is segmenting small and medium business (SMB) as its key market for its ThinkPad Tablet. Lenovo Malaysia also eyeing the online business due to the growth of e-commerce in the country, according to Carrie Ho, the marketing communications manager of Lenovo Malaysia.
Carrie said that Lenovo Malaysia has introduced the “Lenovo Power Online Entrepreneurs” seeding programme to proof that its products can help to increase productivity and efficiency of online business by monitoring and evaluating the selected online entrepreneurs’ performance before and after use the products. Since the introduction of the programme in May, so far there are two successful online entrepreneurs have managed to improve their business performance, she added.
Currently Lenovo is offering discount up to RM500 for SMB who are interested to buy ThinkPad Tablet. The price after discount for 32GB is RM1,599 and RM1,919 for the 64GB.
