Kaspersky Small Office Security (KSOS) is now part of Unifi Business’s offerings, catering to Malaysia’s growing micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs). As MSMEs play a significant role in the country’s economic growth, Kaspersky’s flexible, world-class cybersecurity solutions are designed to safeguard their operations, given the increasing prevalence of cyberattacks. The partnership with Unifi Business allows MSMEs to access KSOS plans on a monthly basis, accommodating budget constraints while ensuring robust protection.

13 October 2023 – Kaspersky Small Office Security (KSOS) is now a prominent addition to the extensive range of digital services offered by Unifi Business for Malaysia’s micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs). The move comes as MSMEs in Malaysia continue to play a pivotal role in the nation’s economic growth, contributing to a remarkable 11.6% increase in Gross Domestic Product (GDP) in 2022, as affirmed by the Department of Statistics Malaysia.

Malaysia’s focus on the Madani Economy has further underscored the significance of the MSME segment, positioning it for even greater contributions to the country’s future economic expansion. However, reports reveal that despite their successes, more than 60% of MSMEs in the region faced cyberattacks in 2022.

In collaboration with Unifi Business, the dedicated business arm of TM, which concentrates on MSMEs, Kaspersky Small Office Security (KSOS) is part of a comprehensive suite of business solutions provided by the national telecommunications and technology company.
