Vietnam (July 22, 2013): According to a Vietnam Computer Emergency Response Team (VNCERT), more than 83 per cent of State agencies want information security training in the country, the Vietnam News reported. VNCERT found more than half of local agencies, organizations and enterprises do not have their own information security staff while 24 per cent of them have to hire professional service providers to enhance information security.
