In collaboration with TM Info-Media Sdn Bhd and PanPages by CBSA Online, Google Malaysia launched its Premier SME Partnership Program to help Malaysia’s businesses embrace the digital era through Google Adwords.
Sajith Sivanandan, country head of Google Malaysia said that Malaysians are ready for online. During the launch, he shared Malaysia has 18.5 million internet users and 60 per cent of Malaysians search online before purchasing goods or services. He highlighted that the country has recorded mobile penetration rate of 120 per cent and smart phone penetration rate of 30 per cent. However, most SMEs lack of time, resources and expertise to start online business, Sajith added. He believed this new initiative by Google Malaysia can help SMEs to transform their business with digital marketing through AdWords premier partners.
