July 30, 2013 (Tue): Google has launched Zagat.com as well as its mobile app for Android and iPhone which sharing the very best restaurants and nightspots with the readers. It features latest news and video content from their expert local editors, curated lists, rating, reviews, powerful search and map-based browsing to help readers to find the local gems.
Currently, Zagat only covers 8 cities in the United States and London. They are planning to expand to 50 U.S. and international destinations and cover shopping, hotels and other places of interest in the coming months.
