First e-platform for takeovers regulators established
An e-platform for takeovers regulators is launched on 6 November 2012, to facilitate the exchange of ideas, views and resources on takeovers and related matters among regional experts in takeovers regulation. This online forum is jointly established by the Securities Commission Malaysia and the Securities and Futures Commission Hong Kong.
