Visa’s CyberSource, a global company in fraud prevention for online payment has signed agreement with Air China, a national carrier of China, to provide payment gateway and fraud management services for Air China’s call centers in Singapore, Hong Kong, Australia and the Philippine.
With CyberSource Solution, the travellers can book Air China flight tickets conveniently by calling the call center and providing credit card details securely through Air China’s Interactive Voice Response (IVR) payment services to complete the booking. Air China is expected to expand its region market share by leveraging this new launch call center solution which providing easy and secure way for travellers to buy flight ticket.
Air China is targeting to roll out this solution in another 4 countries which are Taiwan, UAE, Thailand and India.
