CIMB offers international money transfer services via MoneyGram, replaced Western Union
CIMB Bank discontinued the Western Union services for its customer on August 29, 2012. CIMB Bank advises customers to contact the Western Union Regional Operation Centre at 1800-81-3399 for all enquiries on Western Union transaction statuses, cancellations and refunds.
At the same day, CIMB Islamic launched MoneyGram services for its customers to send and receive money from 284,000 locations in 190 countries.
