Dec 18, 2013 (Wed): The People’s Bank of China met more than ten third-party payment platforms including Alipay on Monday and ordering the providers to stop all transactions using Bitcoin, according to some online sources. Companies currently offering clearing services for the digital currency must end services by the Chinese New Year of 2014.
