Catcha Media and Says.com merge to form the largest digital advertising business

Malaysia (Jul 15, 2013): Catcha Media Bhd was reported that has sealed a RM60 million pact to merge certain of its assets with Says Sdn Bhd, the owner of Says.com to form one of the country’s largest digital advertising business by reach, clients and spend.

According the Sun Daily, both Catcha Media and Says.com currently have an estimated monthly reach of 8 million people and 6 million people respectively. Once merged, the new company will service over 500 large clients includinng Petronas, Proton, Maybank, Maxis, MAS, Unilever, Samsung, Guinness Anchor and Carlsberg.
