42 famous security gurus coming to town

The first ever ‘hacking conference’ held in Kuala Lumpur, Hack In The Box (HITB) will be organized again as HITBSecConf2012 from Oct 8 – 11 at the Intercontinental Kuala Lumpur hotel after 10 years.

In conjunction with 10th anniversary celebration of HITB, HITBSecConf2012 will be their largest event to date with seven intensive technical training sessions in the first two days followed by two packed days of triple-track talks and an expanded technology village or known as CommSec Village.

This security conference is featuring over 42 well-known security speakers and gurus like John ‘Captain Crunch’ Draper, The Founders of The Pirate Bay, Mikko Hypponen of F-Secure fame, Lucas Adamski from Mozilla Corporation and Chris Evans of Google’s Chrome Security Team amongst many other security luminaries. This annual gathering of security enthusiasts has grown to become one of the world’s leading events for ground breaking talks on cutting-edge IT security research with events in Europe and Asia.
