Sept 10, 2013 (Tue): Yahoo! has announced the company filed suit in the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court (FISC) on Monday morning demanding the right to publicly disclose the number of user data requests that they receive from the U.S. Government under national security statutes.
At the same day, Google Inc. also filed an amended petition in FISC and Facebook Inc. was reported also joining the industry in the petition.
