Yahoo! acquires mobile product company Summly

MALAYSIA: Yahoo! yesterday announced that they are acquiring Summly, a mobile product company founded by Nick D’Aloisio with a vision to simplify the way we get information, making it faster, easier and more concise. According to Yahoo!, Nick and the Summly team are joining Yahoo! in the coming weeks. Yahoo! users will be able to see the Summly app through Yahoo! mobile experiences soon.
