Yahoo! acquires a mobile ad tech startup

U.S. (July 18, 2013): Yahoo! yesterday announced its acquisition of Admovate, an advanced mobile ad technology startup, to strengthen its mobile advertising. Yahoo! will leverage Admovate’s sophisticated technology to help marketers reach their desired audience at the right time and place via mobile unique experiences. The Admovate’s engineers will join Yahoo! display advertising team in Sunnyvale.
