XOX Bhd and VMR Three have partnered with the Ministry of Higher Education to launch MYSISWA, a comprehensive digital learning ecosystem for students at IPTA nationwide, offering telecommunication services, e-commerce, smart vending machines, an e-wallet feature, and an entrepreneur development program. 31 July 2023 – In a landmark collaboration, XOX Bhd (XOX) and VMR Three Sdn Bhd (VMR3) have forged a strategic partnership with The Ministry of Higher Education to introduce a game-changing digital learning ecosystem known as MYSISWA. This groundbreaking initiative aims to revolutionize the academic journey for students at Institusi Pendidikan Tinggi Awam (IPTA) nationwide by providing a one-stop platform for various services, fostering entrepreneurship skills, and integrating social responsibility elements.
The partnership was formalized through the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between the three key stakeholders, marking a momentous step towards enhancing the digital learning lifestyle of the MYSISWA communities.
Under this collaboration, XOX and VMR Three, together with the Ministry of Higher Education, are committed to delivering a comprehensive lifestyle ecosystem to IPTA students, offering multiple platforms to conduct tasks online and empowering students with valuable entrepreneurial skills. Central to the initiative is the provision of attractive packages for students and fostering social responsibility through engagement with Yayasan Kebajikan Siswa.

MYSISWA is slated to commence its rollout in August, offering a broad range of services catering to the diverse needs of IPTA students. The platform will provide telecommunication packages, a robust e-commerce marketplace featuring textbooks, learning equipment, gadgets, accessories, clothing, and other daily necessities. Additionally, the introduction of Smart Vending Machines on IPTA campuses will grant students easy access to ‘Ready-to-Eat’ meals, beverages, and smartphone accessories.
The digital ecosystem also incorporates an e-wallet feature, designed to facilitate seamless transactions and empower students to manage their finances efficiently. Moreover, a tailor-made entrepreneur development program will nurture students’ innovative ideas and business acumen, instilling an entrepreneurial spirit within the next generation of leaders.
