WorldPay acquires YESpay to strengthen its payment services

UK: WorldPay, the global financial technology company has announced the acquisition of YESpay group of companies, a payments service provider based in UK, to strengthen its capabilities by enabling customers to obtain a one stop shop for their customer payment processing needs. After the acquisition, WorldPay able to offer complete payment services, including merchant acquiring, card processing and payment terminals integrated with point of sale systems which allowing customers to take payments, in any form, online, face to face or mobile.
