Wirecard’s Indonesia expansion through acquisition of Prima Vista

The leading International full-service providers for E-Commerce businesses Wirecard Group agreed to acquire PT Prima Vista Solusi (Prima Vista) of Indonesia. PrimaVista is the distributor and technology provider of end-to-end payment solution, from the card, reader, terminal, network and servers. To date, Prima Vista has about 250 employees and deployed over 130,000 card terminals in Indonesia.

Prima Vista started to partner with Wirecard to provide multi-channel payment solutions to local financial institutions, enabling them not only to process payments at the point-of-sale but to also accept electronic payments on the internet since early 2012.
