Trans Infotech was founded in 1997 and has deployed over 60,000 terminals in IndoChina region. Trans Infotech acts as a technology partner in the area of payment and technology services for banks, transportation businesses and retail companies in Singapore, the Philippines and Myanmar.
CEO of Wirecard, Markus Braun said TransInfo Tech complements perfectly Wirecard’s activities in Singapore and Indonesia. He added that this acquisition helps to enlarge their sales distribution in Southeast Asia.
