Dec 27, 2013 (Fri): Vietnam Posts and Telecommunications Group (VNPT) has signed an agreement on Wednesday to operate e-government services for Haiphong, the third largest city in Vietnam, from 2014 to 2020, Vietnam News reports. Under the agreement, VNPT will build the solution, information security, telecommunication and IT infrastructure including digital signature confirmations and data storage for e-government services.
