Aug 12, 2013 (Mon): Vietnam Cyberspace Security JSC (VNCS) has introduced a new monitoring system that can help to detect cyber-attacks, according to a report bt Vietnam News. The system can monitor websites and analyse the sites automatically based on IP address identification and web construction change detection to find out attacks. The system will notify the web administrators automatically via text messages and email once an attacked detected.
