Singapore (Jul 12, 2013): DBS and POSB bank account holders in Singapore now can send money overseas easily to an overseas issued Visa card via its iBanking service without need to visit a bank branch or wait in long queues at remittance offices, thanks to the new launch Visa Personal Payments (VPP).
Just knowing the recipient’s name, his 16-digit Visa card number, country of card issuance and currency, people working in Singapore can send money to their friends or families who holding Visa debit, credit and prepaid card through DBS bank.
