Dec 20, 2013 (Fri): Visa Inc. has announced its appointment of Ellen Richey as Executive Vice President and Chief Legal Officer who will be responsible for the legal function as well as maintain oversight of Visa’s compliance and audit teams. Before the appointment, she was Visa’s Chief Risk Officer and will continue to report directly to Charlie Scharf, CEO of Visa Inc. under the new role.
