Wed, Jul 3, 2013: Last week, VSDaily reported that Shopify has formed a strategic partnership with Singapore Telecommunications Ltd (SingTel) for entering Indian market. According to some online sources, SingTel also brings Shopify to Malaysia, Singapore and Indonesia market by charging SGD17 (RM42.42) per month.
SingTel was reported working with payment providers in each country to enable transactions in local currencies by September this year as well as to provide local hotline technical support 24/7. Besides, SingTel also will provide optional services such as search engine marketing, social network integration, inventory management and email marketing capabilities for small and medium sized businesses in running e-commerce successfully.
