Shopee House Unites 500 Affiliates and 70 Brands to Power 9.9 Super Shopping Day

Shopee’s flagship event, Shopee House, gathered 500 top affiliates and over 70 brands in Kuala Lumpur to boost collaboration and drive excitement ahead of the 9.9 Super Shopping Day. The two-day activation featured livestream sessions, roundtable discussions, and opportunities for local brands to engage directly with content creators.


MALAYSIA, 28 AUGUST 2025 – Shopee House, Shopee’s flagship activation event, welcomed affiliates from all major channels including Shopee Live, Shopee Video, and YouTube Shopping at its Kuala Lumpur headquarters last weekend. The two-day event brought together 500 top-performing affiliates and matched them with more than 70 popular Malaysian brands to collaborate, create content, and deliver value to shoppers ahead of Merdeka and the 9.9 Super Shopping Day.

In the lead-up to 9.9, livestream affiliates are scheduled to host over 1,050 sessions featuring participating brands, offering product demonstrations, interactive Q&A segments, and exclusive real-time promotions to drive awareness for brands such as Ozel and BigPlus.

Ozel, a jewellery brand from Kelantan with a strong presence across Southeast Asia, joined Shopee House for the third time. The brand reported that its close engagement with affiliates has driven tangible sales growth, with one affiliate achieving RM30,000 in sales in just one month. BigPlus, a local brand specialising in cleaning products, made its Shopee House debut and registered over 400 affiliates during the event, highlighting the platform’s value for new participants.

Shopee also held roundtable sessions with key affiliates, reinforcing its commitment to inclusivity and to supporting the local creator community. Affiliates shared that Shopee’s tools and guidance have enabled them to create stronger connections with audiences while promoting trusted Malaysian brands.

Tan Ming Kit, Head of Marketing at Shopee Malaysia, said the event underscored Shopee’s dedication to improving the online shopping experience. By successfully connecting 500 affiliates with more than 70 brands, Shopee aims to deliver non-stop deals and reliable next-day delivery, ensuring customers can shop with greater convenience and confidence.
