As part of Shopee’s 10th-anniversary celebration, the initiative reinforced its commitment to empowering digital creators and brands, driving engagement through livestreaming, content-driven commerce, and strategic partnerships.
MALAYSIA 25 February 2025 – Shopee Malaysia marked a milestone in affiliate marketing with Shopee House: Rumah Terbuka Shopee, an event that connected over 900 Shopee Affiliates with more than 30 leading brands ahead of Ramadan Raya 2025. Held at The Yard, Sentul Depot, the gathering served as a dynamic networking and collaboration hub, fostering partnerships that drive digital commerce success.
As part of Shopee’s 10-year anniversary celebrations, Shopee House underscored the company’s commitment to supporting local businesses and digital creators. Affiliates had the opportunity to engage directly with brands, experience best-selling products firsthand, and create authentic, insightful reviews at dedicated brand experience booths. To further amplify brand visibility,
Shopee introduced Brand-Affiliate Livestream Matchmaking sessions, where top Shopee Affiliates collaborated with brands to enhance engagement and awareness. This aligns with the growing trend of content-driven commerce, which has seen a surge in affiliate-driven orders by 81% in 2024.
Shopee’s livestream shopping platform, Shopee Live, also witnessed a 248% spike in orders, reinforcing the role of interactive content in today’s digital economy. “As Shopee marks its 10-year milestone, our commitment to empowering affiliates remains unwavering. We are launching initiatives like Livestream Ads Incentives and the Content Creator Club to help affiliates scale their businesses and optimize engagement strategies,” said Tan Ming Kit, Head of Marketing and Business Intelligence at Shopee Malaysia.
Shopee House also served as a learning ground, featuring knowledge-sharing sessions with renowned content creators Khairul Aming and Iman Kamil. Both influencers emphasized the importance of authenticity, consistency, and community-building in growing a successful affiliate business.

Adding excitement to the event, Shopee officially announced De Fam as the brand ambassadors for its Ramadan Raya 2025 campaign. The popular girl group will host an exclusive Shopee Mamak livestream on March 10 at 8:30 PM, featuring interactive game shows and engaging content for viewers.
