PT Pertamina to Implement ePayments System for Monitoring Fuel Distribution

Oct 24, 2013 (Thu): Indonesian Oil and Gas Company PT Pertamina is planning to implement an epayments system for subsidized fuel purchases and Bali will be the province to pilot the project, Jakarta Post reports.

With the implementation of epayments, the distribution of subsidized fuel can be controlled and supervised easily if compared with current manual system. According the plan, customers need to buy subsidized fuel with an ATM card or a specific card designed by Pertamina.
