IP-Converge, a Philippine based Internet data center, telecommunications and cloud services company on Monday launched online payment facility for its cloud services at cloud.com.ph, reports GMA News. According to IP-Converge, they are the first in the country to offer locally hosted Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS) accessible on the fly via online payment that could be charged on a usage-based subscription basis.
