Offerchat Releases New Chat Plugin for Major eCommerce Platforms

Oct 31, 2013 (Thu): Offerchat is a live chat tool for websites that help online shoppers and e-business owners communicate on-site with customers and shoppers without either of them having to leaving the page.

Offerchat has officially released its first batch of live chat plugins that allow users to install a chat widget on their sites with a single click and it supports major CRM and ecommerce platforms such as WordPress, Joomla, Drupal, Magento, Prestashop and Opencart. Offerchat will continue to add more plugins for other platforms.

Successful installation of a plugin will display a chat widget on all pages of user websites or eCommerce stores that online shoppers can use when they have inquiries or need for assistance.
