More than 170 Australian Websites Hacked

Nov 4, 2013 (Mon): Activist group Anonymous Indonesia on Monday posted on Twitter to claim it had defaced more than 170 Australian websites which are ended with the Australian domain .au with a “Stop Spying on Indonesia” message, Bangkok Post reports. The hacks were reported as an effort to protest at reports of Canberra spying on its nearest neighbour and strategic ally.
