Terry KS MALAYSIA: PT MOL AccessPortal (MOL Indonesia), a subsidiary of Malaysia-based payment company MOL Global, yesterday announced its acquisition of AyoPay, a payment service provider specialising in online game credits in Indonesia, the Sun Daily reported.
The acquisition was in line with MOL Global’s goal of creating a premium online payment eco-system in the region. According to MOL Global, the combined assets between MOL Indonesia and AyoPay will extend their value to the consumers in Indonesia with increased contents and payment options.
