The Asia’s leading e-payment service provider, MOL AccessPortal Sdn. Bhd. (MOL) announced its successful acquisition on Silicon Valley-based alternative payment platform provider Rixty, Inc. (Rixty) and this strategic move has made MOL to easily reach the huge online games market in North and South of America.
Rixty’s payment solution allows online gamers to spend cash and coins for online games, virtual worlds and digital contents through converting cash to Rixty value at 75,000 stores across the United States and 66,000 stores in Brazil.
Including Rixty, MOL now operates in 10 countries and plans to further expand into another two countries by the end of the year.
