Thu, May 16, 2013: Buying groceries after a family holiday, business trip or long day of travel no longer is a chore with the new launch of Click&Collect service by Woolworths supermarket in the Melbourne Airport. With the new service, passengers can order groceries online up to a week in advance and collect it while on their way home at Melbourne Airport which can save busy travellers time by taking additional traveling time to supermarket for groceries.
The pickup point will be operated from 9am until 9pm daily and home delivery or another alternative will be arranged if flights are delayed beyond 9pm or cancelled. According to an online source, Woolworths will expand the service to other airports if the trial site run successfully after six months.
