Fri, Jun 7, 2013: The global security firm McAfee Labs, via its quarterly global McAfee reveals that a social networking worm namely “Koobface” was very active in the first three months of 2013. The worm is design to use messages via social networks like Facebook and Twitter to trick friends into installing the code in computers which hackers can then use for malicious purposes including stealing passwords.
