MALAYSIA: With over 200,000 new debit cards issued per month, Maybank expects its debit card billings to rise by at least 34 per cent this year to RM6 billion, Business Times reported. According to Maybank, the bank is leading the debit card business in the country with over 8.6 million debit cards issued.
