Lincah has acquired Orderfaz to enhance its unified social and creator-commerce infrastructure across Southeast Asia. The move strengthens Lincah’s position as the region’s leading platform amid surging demand for social-driven commerce.

INDONESIA, 27 NOVEMBER 2026 – Lincah, one of Indonesia’s fastest-rising commerce infrastructure platforms, has announced its acquisition of Orderfaz, taking over its technology, platform assets, and seller network. The deal marks a major step in Lincah’s long-term strategy to build a more integrated and scalable social and creator-commerce ecosystem across Southeast Asia—an industry expected to surpass the US$100 billion mark by 2028 as MSMEs and creators increasingly depend on social channels for sales.

The platform currently powers more than 23,000 merchants and serves 8.3 million buyers, processing over half a million monthly transactions across Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, YouTube, and Google Ads. Integrating Orderfaz now gives Lincah stronger technical capabilities, improved platform stability, and an even more seamless end-to-end experience for merchants across markets.

“Indonesia is becoming the anchor hub for Southeast Asia’s social commerce landscape,” said Juan Lesmana, Lincah’s group president. “By unifying Orderfaz’s ecosystem with ours, we are creating a streamlined, highly scalable infrastructure that reduces operational friction for sellers and enables faster multi-market expansion.”

Indonesia currently drives more than 52 percent of Southeast Asia’s social commerce GMV, with over 70 percent of local MSMEs relying on social platforms as their primary sales avenue. The sector’s projected annual growth of up to 25 percent creates strong momentum for infrastructure providers like Lincah to deepen their market presence.

Lincah’s ecosystem is further supported by respected community leaders Yudha Trisna and Muhamad Azis Rifai, who bring deep experience in seller communities, market behavior, and ecosystem development. Their involvement ensures that Lincah’s roadmap remains closely aligned with the evolving needs of merchants across the region.

The group’s strategic vision is guided by Juan Lesmana, who brings over a decade of global experience across e-commerce, technology, and consulting, including key roles at TikTok (Bytedance) and Tokopedia. Juan joined Lincah in early 2025 as an angel investor and advisor before taking on an executive role focused on regional alignment and infrastructure expansion.

Lincah has also appointed Mohamad Iqbal as group CEO, who will oversee platform integration, operational strengthening, and Lincah’s broader regional expansion into new Southeast Asian markets.

With Indonesia as its core base and plans to enter Malaysia underway, Lincah is ramping up investments in platform resilience, capability development, and long-term scalability. The full absorption of Orderfaz positions the company to deliver greater value to merchants, partners, and investors while accelerating its ambition to build a unified, multi-country social commerce infrastructure across the region.
