Krenovator Technology has unveiled HastyHire, an AI interviewer platform that automates candidate assessments, speeds up hiring, and enhances fairness. Early adopters report major efficiency gains, with the system completing 150,000 interviews during its beta phase.
MALAYSIA, 14 NOVEMBER 2025 – Krenovator Technology Sdn. Bhd. has announced the official launch of HastyHire, an AI agent interviewer platform built to streamline and modernize the recruitment process. The Malaysia-based technology company, known for its tech talent solutions, managed IT services, and AI-driven workforce automation products, aims to help employers conduct faster, more objective interviews with measurable hiring outcomes.
HastyHire automates candidate interviews, analyzes applicants against job descriptions and CVs, and generates a detailed 360° hiring report with scores and red flag alerts. The platform supports more than 70 languages and can be used to hire for a broad range of roles, from software developers and AI engineers to marketing and sales executives. Companies can access the service on a pay-per-use model.
“Candidate screening is time-intensive and often subjective when done through conventional interviews,” said Krenovator CEO Mahadhir Yunus. “HastyHire addresses this head-on, using measurable, data-driven outcomes that make the process more efficient and fairer. Key features include AI-led video interviews, candidate analysis across job description, CV, and interview responses, generation of structured 360° reports, hiring scores, and bias detection capabilities. Recruiters can set up a position and share an interview link within minutes, receiving standardized results that support diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) goals.
The platform integrates with ATS, HR, and ERP systems, and is accessible across devices for both technical and non-technical users. During its beta phase from March to September 2025, HastyHire conducted over 150,000 interviews, achieving up to 90% reduction in screening time, 70% interview completion rates, and improved candidate-job matching accuracy for clients in Malaysia, the Middle East, and Europe.

Targeting rapid adoption across Southeast Asia — including Malaysia, Singapore, and Indonesia — Krenovator plans to expand into the Middle East and Europe. The company aims to onboard 500 organizations and reach one million completed interviews within the next 24 months.
